Job Summary:
Become a vital part of our efficient logistics network as a Fulfillment Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving incoming inventory to accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders to our valued customers. You'll work with state-of-the-art warehouse management systems and equipment to ensure speed and accuracy. This position demands precision, a strong work ethic, and a deep understanding of warehouse operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our logistics operations. We emphasize safety, efficiency, and teamwork in all aspects of our work.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming inventory efficiently.
  • Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Package items securely and professionally for shipment.
  • Prepare shipments for various carriers, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when certified.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, including the consistent use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory control and cycle counts.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics for picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Must be capable of regular lifting up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment is highly preferred. Ability to operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. A strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all logistics procedures.
