Become a key player in our Atlanta, Georgia logistics hub as a Fulfillment Associate. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders from receipt to shipment. You will engage in picking, packing, staging, and loading of goods, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses excellent organizational skills, and demonstrates a strong commitment to safety. You will work collaboratively with team members to optimize workflow and contribute to overall warehouse productivity within our extensive logistics network.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring correct item and quantity.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including proper labeling and documentation.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the fulfillment area.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and use designated PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management activities.
- Contribute to the seamless execution of our logistics operations.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 60 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role.
- Proficiency with WMS and RF scanners.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safe material handling techniques.
