Join our vibrant logistics team in Tampa, Florida, as a Fulfillment Associate. This role is central to our operations, involving the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. You will ensure that orders are accurately and efficiently processed, contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic warehouse environment. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area, adhering to all company policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our fulfillment center. Your role is key in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our logistics network.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process shipments using shipping software and equipment.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and scanning.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and scanners.
- Contribute to a safe and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Support logistics operations with timely order processing.
- Be proficient in lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for using WMS and shipping software.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of logistics and warehouse procedures.
