Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch accurately and efficiently.
- Stock and organize merchandise within the distribution center.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with maintaining stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times during work shifts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives and support overall logistics operations.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and use PPE.
