Join our dynamic team as a Distribution Center Associate in Boston, Massachusetts! We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to contribute to the smooth and efficient operations of our logistics hub. You will be involved in various warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. This role requires a strong commitment to Safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks (certification may be required).
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure all orders are picked and packed accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of merchandise.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise in daily logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in operating various warehouse equipment safely.
- Knowledge of Safety regulations and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with WMS is a significant advantage.
- Must be able to wear and utilize all required PPE.
- Reliable and committed to meeting performance standards.
