Are you an experienced Forklift Operator looking for a new opportunity in Atlanta, Georgia? We are seeking skilled individuals to join our bustling logistics center. As a Forklift Operator, you will be instrumental in moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting inventory. Your expertise in operating forklifts safely and efficiently is critical to our daily operations and overall supply chain success. You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, moving materials between different areas of the warehouse, and ensuring proper storage of goods. Safety is our top priority, and all operators must strictly adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE. This is a key role within our logistics team.
- Safely operate various types of forklifts to move materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and trailers.
- Transport goods to and from designated storage areas and production lines.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts to ensure operational safety.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
