Responsibilities:
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Sort and place inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of PPE and proper lifting techniques.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Support the overall logistics and movement of goods within the facility.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
