As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving inbound inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact our customer experience. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and speed.
- Process and prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment, utilizing necessary PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read and interpret order information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Team player mentality.
- Commitment to safety and proper PPE usage.
