We are looking for a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is integral to our daily logistics operations, responsible for efficiently managing both incoming and outgoing goods. The Shipping & Receiving Associate will handle all aspects of the shipping and receiving process, including unloading trucks, inspecting merchandise, preparing outgoing shipments, and maintaining accurate records. You will ensure that all products are handled with care and that shipments are accurate and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, possesses excellent attention to detail, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to Safety and adherence to company procedures are paramount. We provide a supportive and safe working environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Verify received goods against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Accurately record incoming and outgoing inventory in the WMS.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
- Load trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly wear and utilize all required PPE to ensure personal and team safety.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with other warehouse duties, which may include Lifting.
