We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This position is critical for managing and optimizing our warehouse operations and **Logistics**. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory, coordinating shipments, ensuring the efficient flow of goods, and maintaining a high standard of **Safety**. Key duties include managing receiving and dispatch, tracking inventory, and liaising with suppliers and transportation providers. This role may involve some **Lifting** and requires a good understanding of warehouse processes. You will be instrumental in enforcing **Safety** policies and ensuring all staff use the correct **PPE**. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS.
- Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and other **Logistics** partners.
- Implement and enforce warehouse **Safety** procedures and protocols.
- Ensure all personnel are using **PPE** correctly and consistently.
- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Address and resolve any operational issues that arise.
- May assist with tasks involving **Lifting** and material handling as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse coordination or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of **Logistics** and supply chain management.
- Knowledge of **Safety** regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to manage tasks that may require moderate **Lifting**.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must ensure team compliance with **PPE** usage.
