We’re currently looking for a *part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (20-30 hours/week)* to join our warm, energetic team in our beautiful Billings West End clinic. This position can *remain part-time long-term* or *grow into a full-time role* if that’s something you’d want down the road.
We’re especially excited to hear from candidates with experience or strong interest in *APD, feeding, and/or AAC*, but we also value curiosity and a willingness to learn and grow in these areas.
*About Us*
We are a *collaborative outpatient practice* offering *speech therapy, occupational therapy, and audiology* services to both children and adults (with a primarily pediatric caseload).
Our Billings team includes:
* 2 Audiologists
* 2 SLPs
* 1 OT
* 1 Biller
* 1 Patient Care Coordinator
* 1 Marketing Director
We also have clinics in *Miles City and Glendive*, supported by additional therapists, audiologists, and administrative staff.

*What You’ll Get*
In addition to working with an incredible team and wonderful patients, we offer:
* *$39–$45/hour base pay*, depending on experience
* *Additional bonus pay* for meeting weekly and monthly goals
* *$750 sign-on bonus *
* *Flexible scheduling* (full-day or part-day options)
* *Reasonable productivity expectations *and the ability to leave work at work
* *Annual raise* (profit and performance dependent)
* *Paid ASHA dues and Montana licensure fees*
* *Employer-paid malpractice insurance*
* *$200 CE allowance*, plus additional employer-paid professional development
*Requirements*
* CCC-SLP required
* Must be eligible for and able to obtain a *Montana SLP license*
