We are a *modern, private dental practice* seeking a *skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist* to join our *supportive and collaborative team*. This position is ideal for a dentist looking for a *part-time associate role* with consistent days and a strong, established patient base.
*Position Overview*
The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care while working closely with a dedicated clinical and administrative team. The ideal candidate values quality dentistry, excellent patient communication, and teamwork.
*Roles & Responsibilities*
* Provide comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses
* Develop and present treatment plans tailored to patient needs
* Perform general dentistry procedures, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments
* Ensure patient comfort and deliver high-quality clinical care
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff
* Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance protocols
* Build strong, long-term relationships with patients
*Duties*
* Conduct patient consultations and oral health evaluations
* Perform procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and simple endodontics (based on experience)
* Review radiographs and diagnostic imaging
* Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
* Refer complex cases to specialists as appropriate
*Requirements & Qualifications*
* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
* Active state dental license in good standing
* Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Commitment to ethical, patient-focused care
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Malpractice insurance (or ability to obtain)
