This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a track record of exceeding targets, building high-performing teams and navigating complex sales cycles in Keeper’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) channel. The Senior Director will collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure that MSPs are equipped to sell, implement, and support Keeper’s solutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the MSP channel to achieve revenue growth targets and expand market shareBuild and lead a team of sales professionals to drive partner acquisition, focusing on continuous improvement and employee engagement to achieve individual and team successLead, train and inspire the sales team in strategic, high-value sales processes and tacticsEstablish and maintain scalable sales processes and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across the sales teamCultivate and grow relationships with key MSP partners to drive mutual success, ensuring that Keeper’s products are integrated and positioned as a core component of the MSP’s service portfolioPartner with Keeper’s channel team to develop and maintain relationships with key partnersCollaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop materials, training, and resources that enable MSPs to effectively sell and implement Keeper’s solutionsProvide ongoing coaching and support to MSP partners, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge necessary to succeedLead regular business reviews with MSP partners to assess performance, share insights, and identify areas for improvement and growthCreate dedicated outbound motion for targeting relevant ICPs for identity and access management technologyDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and exceed our target pipeline coverage ratiosRepresent Keeper at industry events, conferences and networking functions to raise brand awareness and generate new business opportunitiesContinuously monitor, evaluate and report on sales performance metricsAnalyze market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovationCollaborate with senior leadership to align channel sales goals with the broader company objectives7+ years of sales experience in a B2B software or technology company, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing channel sales, MSP relationships, or partner ecosystemsExperience selling in the cybersecurity space with a preferred focus on privileged access management (PAM)Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and implement MSP sales best practices at scaleDeep understanding of the MSP ecosystem, including trends, challenges, and best practices for building and scaling channel partnershipsPeople management experience and a passion for attracting and developing talentDemonstration of high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty and leadershipEffective at driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross team programsAbility to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levelsOutstanding verbal and written communications skills for a global audienceStrong business acumen, analytical and detail orientedAbility to travel up to 50% of the timeBachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, operations or a related fieldMedical, Dental & Vision (inclusive of domestic partnerships)Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental lifeVoluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance401K (Roth/Traditional)A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc)Keeper Security, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and participant in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program.
