Bakery Team Lead Position Overview
This is a leadership role for our bakery team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and implement creative store layouts, work closely with other departments to achieve sales and labor targets, assist in analyzing reports and maintaining vendor relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develops store displays , maintaining an engaging environment that enhances customer experience.- Collaborates with other teams to drive business results through effective merchandising strategies- Assists in evaluating store performance by reviewing sales data and making recommendations.- Maintains positive relationships with suppliers ensuring timely delivery of products.
