We are hiring Order Pickers to join our efficient logistics team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. This involves using pick lists or scanners to locate items within the warehouse, ensuring the correct product and quantity are retrieved. As an Order Picker, you are crucial to ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates a strong commitment to safety. This position requires mobility within the warehouse, the ability to read and interpret order information, and comfort with lifting moderate weight. Strict adherence to all safety procedures and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders based on provided lists or scanners.
- Verify order contents for accuracy before packing.
- Pack items carefully and appropriately for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized picking station and work area.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Contribute to meeting daily productivity targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand product labels and order details.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Willingness to perform lifting duties as required.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse logistics is a plus.
