A dynamic opportunity exists for an Order Picker at our San Francisco, California location. This position is crucial for the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders, directly impacting our logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory, preparing them for packing, and ensuring they are ready for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify product accuracy and quantity before proceeding to packing.
- Stage picked items for the packing station in an organized manner.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, free from hazards.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory checks and help maintain stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and order completion.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods; frequent Lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of order fulfillment and general logistics procedures.
- Strong commitment to Safety in the workplace.
- Proficiency in wearing and utilizing required PPE.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
