Job Summary:
We have an immediate opening for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate in Seattle, Washington. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will engage in various warehouse activities, including picking, packing, and shipping orders, as well as managing incoming inventory. Our commitment to **safety** is paramount; all associates are expected to follow strict guidelines and utilize appropriate **PPE**. Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently pick and pack customer orders with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Prepare shipments by labeling and packaging orders correctly.
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory items.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and system updates.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Support overall warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Follow all company **safety** protocols and **PPE** requirements diligently.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Prior warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to perform demanding physical tasks, including standing, walking, and **lifting** up to 50 pounds consistently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of warehouse **logistics** principles.
  • A strong dedication to workplace **safety**.
  • Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
