Join our vibrant team as a Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to contribute to our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in handling goods. This role is a cornerstone of our logistics process, encompassing receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will work in a collaborative environment where safety is paramount. All associates must strictly follow safety guidelines and wear the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position requires physical stamina, including frequent lifting, standing, walking, and bending.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying accuracy.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and proficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Support all logistics and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety policies and use required PPE.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical capability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
