We are looking for a diligent Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Virginia Beach. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in all aspects of order processing, from picking and packing to shipping and receiving. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina is required, as the role involves significant Lifting and standing. A strong commitment to workplace Safety , including the proper use of PPE , is essential. This position offers a great opportunity to develop skills in warehouse operations and Logistics .
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Process incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory appropriately.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as required.
- Contribute to the efficiency of the overall Logistics and fulfillment process.
- Handle goods with care, following proper procedures for Lifting and movement.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, walking, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE .
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and basic Logistics principles is a plus.
