We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in Minneapolis. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in our day-to-day operations, contributing to the efficient handling and movement of goods. This position requires individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable of performing a variety of warehouse tasks. You will be involved in everything from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping orders. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks to move materials.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to workplace Safety and the proper use of PPE .
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, including loading and unloading trucks.
- Ensure proper handling of products, including any specific requirements for Lifting .
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the Logistics process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including repetitive bending, standing, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to follow all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE .
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics is beneficial.
