Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments, including proper packaging, labeling, and staging.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse facility.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Support all aspects of the logistics and supply chain process.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or operational issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Capacity to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.
