Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick products based on order requirements.
- Pack items carefully to ensure safe transit.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment according to established safety protocols.
- Utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals in logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Physical endurance to stand, walk, and perform manual labor throughout the shift.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and the correct use of PPE.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations is beneficial.
