Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of our warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient movement and storage of goods. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position is vital for our overall Logistics success, ensuring timely processing and delivery of products. A strong work ethic and a commitment to Safety are essential. Daily tasks may include:

Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Packing orders with appropriate materials for shipment.
Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
Organizing and stocking inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
Adhering to all company Safety rules and regulations.
Using all required PPE , including safety vests and footwear.
Assisting with inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
Reporting any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.

This role requires the ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting of materials up to 50 pounds. Experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
