Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in Richmond, Virginia! This role is fundamental to our ability to meet customer demands efficiently. You will be involved in all aspects of the order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential. Safety is a core value, and all associates must follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE. The position requires regular lifting and movement of products. Your work directly impacts our logistics chain and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities:
- Accurately picking items for customer orders using RF scanners and other technology.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Receiving and processing incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stocking products in their designated locations within the warehouse.
- Preparing outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhering to all company safety standards and procedures.
- Using provided PPE consistently and correctly.
- Performing tasks that involve lifting, bending, and reaching.
- Participating in inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Supporting overall logistics operations and team goals.
