We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our facility in Sacramento, California. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, involving a range of essential tasks. You will be involved in receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. The ability to work efficiently, follow instructions, and adhere to safety protocols is paramount. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and scan incoming inventory.
- Sort and stock items in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor.
- Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Perform general labor and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of basic safety guidelines in a warehouse setting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Commitment to wearing required PPE.
