Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed using RF scanners.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and packaged.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure optimal Safety and workflow.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
- Utilize proper Lifting techniques to handle products safely and effectively.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning technology.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and moving of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding and adherence to Safety regulations.
- Reliable and punctual with a consistent work history.
- A keen interest in the logistics and supply chain industry.
