We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Worker to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This position is fundamental to the smooth operation of our distribution center. Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and a commitment to Safety are essential. Responsibilities:
- Unload and receive goods, verifying contents against invoices.
- Store and organize inventory in designated areas, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Accurately pick items for outgoing orders.
- Pack items securely for shipment, protecting against damage.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Follow all established company Safety rules and regulations.
- Properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Perform essential physical tasks, including manual Lifting and moving of products.
- Work cooperatively with other warehouse personnel to meet operational demands.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics network.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience as a warehouse worker or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform significant Lifting and stand for long periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication abilities.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, sometimes physically demanding environment.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of Safety and following all PPE guidelines.
