You will be responsible for supervising warehouse associates, managing workflow, optimizing storage, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of warehouse management principles. This position requires the ability to manage a team, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure compliance with all company policies, especially those related to safety. Regular interaction with shipping and receiving departments is expected. While leadership is key, you must also be capable of occasional physical tasks, including lifting. Safety is paramount; adherence to all safety procedures and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is non-negotiable. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and staff.
- Coordinate the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of products.
- Ensure efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and OSHA compliance.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Train and mentor warehouse team members.

- Perform tasks requiring occasional lifting and physical exertion.
