Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders based on customer requirements with high precision.
- Stage outgoing shipments, ensuring they are properly labeled and secured.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided for certified candidates).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment according to warehouse standards.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Follow all company policies, especially those related to Safety and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to guidelines for the correct use of PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of Safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of logistics principles.
