We are seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to provide high quality physical therapy services to our residents.
Job Duties Include:
- Conduct patient evaluations to identify treatment goals and develop individualized plans to achieve them.
- Implement a range of physical therapy techniques.
- Utilize anatomy knowledge to understand the intricacies of the human body and develop effective treatment plans.
- Stay current with the latest research and developments in physical therapy, ensuring that treatment approaches are evidence-based and patient-centered.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals and family members as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their caregivers to promote self-management and long-term recovery.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State
- A strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Experience working with patients with a range of diagnoses, including those related to orthopedics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to providing patient-centered care that promotes optimal health and wellness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
