What You'll Be Doing
Visiting a defined route of stores to deliver retail activities that increase visibility and sales
Building trusted relationships with in‑store decision makers to support range, distribution and availability
Merchandising shelves, resolving out‑of‑stocks and ensuring promotional materials are correctly displayed
Delivering sales‑driving actions such as improving layouts, updating price labels and introducing new lines
Sharing category insights, market trends and brand updates with store teams
Capturing key information and reporting via digital tools
Supporting store and brand performance through strong customer service, problem‑solving and commercial thinking
Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
Confidence interpreting sales data and turning insight into action
Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a wider team
Previous experience in field sales, retail or merchandising is advantageous – but a great attitude matters most
