You will take full ownership of the sales function, building a repeatable GTM process to accelerate expansion across the healthcare sector. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, refining value propositions, and coaching a high-performing team. You will personally manage strategic accounts while scaling operations to reach thousands of new providers.

The ideal candidate
Extensive experience in SaaS sales leadership within a fast‑paced startup or scaleup environment.
Proven track record of building sales playbooks and managing high‑velocity SMB or mid‑market sales cycles.
Highly data‑driven leader with excellent presentation skills and the ability to inspire a team under pressure.
