This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales and Key Account Manager based in Wetherby, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Technical Sales and Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive sales and meet client needs. Daily tasks will involve engaging with clients, preparing sales proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions, thus working closely with the Service team. Responsibilities
Manage key accounts and develop business plans to meet client needs. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Engage with clients, prepare sales proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions (working closely with the Service team). Utilize analytical skills to drive sales and inform decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of solutions. Qualifications
Strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills Excellent Customer Service abilities Proficiency in Business Planning and developing strategic sales plans Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive decision-making Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Experience in the machinery solutions industry Strong technical understanding of Woodworking Machinery Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Seniority level
