This role serves as a senior-level liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering. The Senior Technical Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering for complex systems supporting payments, billing, e-commerce, healthcare, or enterprise platforms. The role involves translating high-level business objectives into detailed functional and technical requirements, process flows, and user stories. The analyst will support Agile delivery teams, participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning, and assist with production issue analysis and resolution by validating data and system behavior. Requirements 7+ years experience as a Technical or Senior Business Analyst Advanced SQL skills for data validation and analysis Experience working with REST APIs (Swagger, Postman) Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills Agile/Scrum experience using Jira or similar tools Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
