About the Role

The Pastry Chef creates elegant desserts, pastries, cakes, and signature items that reflect the quality and artistry of Chios.

Responsibilities

  • Produce pastries, tarts, cakes, chocolate and refined dessert components.
  • Design seasonal pastries and special offerings.
  • Ensure consistent presentation and portioning.
  • Maintain a clean, precise pastry workspace.
  • Manage ingredient quality, storage, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards.

What You Bring

  • Pastry Arts diploma or certificate is a big asset.
  • Previous pastry experience is required.
  • Strong skills in pastry fundamentals and artistic presentation.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Early morning availability.
  • Food Handler Certificate required.

Pay: $17.60-$21.40 per hour
