As a Line Cook, You Will:

• Set up and stock your station, ensuring readiness before each service
• Prepare and cook dishes to recipe specifications, maintaining quality, taste, and presentation
• Assist in preparing daily specials and seasonal features
• Monitor food quality through temperature checks and visual standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in your work area, following all food safety guidelines
• Help with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory
• Support the kitchen team during service for dine-in, events, and banquets
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development under senior kitchen leadership
• Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook in a professional kitchen
• Food Safe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Passion for seasonal, sustainable, and locally sourced food
• Flexible availability—mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
