Your R ole
In PALO IT, we are looking for a Senior QA Functional Analyst who will be responsible for design, develop, and execute the tests of our advanced transfer applications and platform.You will need to learn and understand our products at a detailed level and work with the team (primarily made up of developers, product managers, and other QA engineers) to ship high-quality products or features every two weeks.
Responsibilities:
Lead the charge on maintaining and improving our Test cases.
Work with a small and nimble engineering team to ensure that new features are delivered with the highest functional quality standards.
Collaborate with key partners including product management, data science, behavioral health specialists.
Report and track for data quality, and using that data to drive conversations around product quality and development health.
Analyze and troubleshoot reported defects and internal issues.

Ability to communicate ideas and plans clearly and build support for them.

Ability to hold others (e.g., QA, Product, Development, Infrastructure, etc.) accountable for what is expected of them as per agreed plan, process, or best practices.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools that assist in test analysis, test case creation, or quality reporting (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar solutions).
Willingness to explore and adopt emerging technologies that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of functional QA processes.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Years of Experience:At least3 years of experience.
Languages:Fluent English and Spanish.
