Are you an organized and efficient individual seeking an Order Picker position in Cincinnati, Ohio? We need your skills to help us fulfill customer orders accurately and quickly! This role is essential to our logistics chain, ensuring that products are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment with precision. You will be working in a dynamic warehouse environment, utilizing technology like RF scanners to efficiently locate and manage inventory. Our company places a high value on safety, and all associates are required to adhere to strict safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The job requires physical dexterity, including frequent walking, standing, and the ability to lift.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and confirm order accuracy.
- Package orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance efficiency.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including PPE requirements.
- Participate in inventory checks and stock management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse work is beneficial.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a team setting.
- Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Must be able to remain on your feet for extended periods.
