Join our dynamic logistics team as an Order Picker in Raleigh, North Carolina! We are seeking motivated individuals to accurately pick and pack orders, ensuring timely delivery to our customers. This role is crucial to our warehouse operations, demanding attention to detail and a commitment to efficiency. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse, locating products using an RF scanner, and preparing them for shipment. We expect all team members to adhere to strict safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Essential duties include frequent walking, standing for extended periods, and the ability to perform repetitive motions.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and update order status.
- Package items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily picking goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or picking role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Excellent physical stamina for sustained periods of standing and walking.
