Our Dallas facility is seeking diligent Warehouse Workers to join our dedicated team. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient handling and processing of goods. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and packing. The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses strong attention to detail, and is capable of performing physically demanding duties, including regular Lifting . We are committed to maintaining a high standard of workplace Safety , and all employees are expected to adhere to our safety protocols and use the required PPE . This position offers a great opportunity to gain experience in the dynamic field of Logistics .
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures.
- Stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations, ensuring organization and accessibility.
- Use warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety protocols and the proper use of PPE .
- Assist in other warehouse functions as needed to support overall Logistics operations.
- Handle goods with care, following guidelines for proper Lifting techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational targets and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to follow all Safety instructions and wear appropriate PPE .
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and Logistics principles is beneficial.
