You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including receiving and processing inventory, picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. We are deeply committed to the safety of our employees and mandate the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable of performing manual labor, and possesses a positive, team-oriented attitude. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but we encourage individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn to apply. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack items according to order specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including proper packaging and labeling.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and ensure proper use of PPE.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Support overall logistics and supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Capacity to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus.
