We are actively recruiting for a Picker/Packer to join our dynamic **logistics** team in Durham, North Carolina. This role is critical to our efficient order fulfillment process. As a Picker/Packer, your main duties will include accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications and then carefully packaging those items for shipment. You will also assist with receiving and stocking inventory, ensuring accuracy and organization throughout the warehouse. We place a high value on **safety**, and all team members are required to adhere to strict safety regulations and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This physically demanding position involves significant walking, standing, and **lifting** of items up to 45 lbs. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, possess good time management skills, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment is a plus. Responsibilities include: Accurately picking items for outgoing orders using RF scanners or pick lists, inspecting products for defects or damage before packaging, carefully packaging items to prevent transit damage, labeling packages accurately, assisting with inventory counts, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
