We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Distribution Center Associates in Tampa, Florida! This role is vital to the efficient operation of our distribution network. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving and processing inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing shipments for delivery. We prioritize Safety and efficiency, and are looking for team members who share these values. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using order sheets or RF scanners.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product protection during transit.
- Stage and load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Consistently use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stocktakes.
- Perform manual Lifting and movement of products as required by the role.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to Safety standards and the correct use of PPE.
