Join our dynamic warehouse team in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a Picker/Packer! We are seeking energetic and dependable individuals to contribute to our efficient order fulfillment process. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from designated warehouse locations and carefully packing them for shipment to our valued customers. Your primary duties will involve reading pick tickets or utilizing scanning technology to gather products, ensuring order accuracy, and preparing items for transit. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting are essential. You will also be involved in maintaining a clean and organized work area. Understanding the flow of warehouse logistics and the importance of precise order fulfillment is key to this position. Safety is our utmost priority. All employees are required to adhere to strict safety guidelines and consistently use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as mandated. This role requires significant standing, walking, and manual dexterity, as well as the ability to perform occasional lifting of materials.
