I'm the co-founder of a company that has scaled a startup to more than $30M annual revenue from $0, and I want to share lessons learned over the last 7 years through weekly 10-minute YouTube videos. I’m looking for a young, social-media-native editor who grew up on YouTube and intuitively understands what makes content click.
I need a long-term partner who can own this process end-to-end. This is for thoughtful founder content, not “influencer or trend-chasing” media. With this role, there will be minimal meetings, and a very high-level of ownership.
This is a freelance (part-time) position. Competitive hourly rate.
What I need
Edit and publish weekly 10‑min videos (cut, basic motion graphics, etc.)
Create eye‑catching (authentic) thumbnails
Write compelling titles
Upload and schedule videos
Cut 3‑5 short clips and post on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok
What I'll provide
Raw footage each week
Quick notes (via voice note)
You should have
Portfolio showing YouTube editing work
Experience with business/educational content
Can work independently and meet weekly deadlines
Understanding of YouTube SEO basics
