Job Purpose Astound Digital is looking for a top‑class Sales Operations Manager to take an already successful business to the next level. This role is an integral part of one of the fastest‑growing Ecommerce and Experience Agencies in the world and will be a part of the team that has successfully delivered for over 400 brands globally. The opportunity is huge, and culture supports growth, fun, and success.
In This Job You'll Get To
Responsible for the project management of opportunities within our sales and client pipeline.
Manage the creation of offers and pull in relevant subject matter experts to contribute content to a value‑based selling proposition.
Ensure that all important information is entered in the relevant systems timely and accurately.
Support contract creation, administration, and accompany the negotiations.
Assist Sales and Client Success with customer communications.
Take over necessary admin work in connection with the clients.
Your Skills And Qualifications
2+ years of total work experience.
Business savvy and experience a plus.
Experience working with international teams a plus.
Quick‑wittedness and self‑confidence are part of your style.
Proactive, solution‑oriented way of working with high demands on work results.
Digitalization and e‑commerce are more than buzzwords for you.
This role is on a hybrid schedule with 2 days a week in our London office.
