Key Responsibilities
Qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our target audience.
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company's products and services.
Schedule appointments for the Sales Consultants to discuss tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and targets.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information on leads and client interactions.
Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships and build rapport.
Achieve and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Skills And Qualifications
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar lead generation or marketing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional phone manner.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools is an advantage.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services is desirable.
Ability to thrive in a driven working environment, managing time and tasks effectively.

The salary is negotiable, approx. 28-33k per annum + bonus.
