We’re now looking for a bold, brilliant and data-savvy Digital Marketing Leader to take our digital channels to the next level. You’ll own the narrative, shape the strategy, and measure the impact-turning creative ideas into real-world results across campaigns, platforms and successful results. YOUR MISSION Lead digital storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and more- for HOB Salons, HOB Academy, HOB Man, HOB Family and Akin Konizi Create high-impact content with our Social Media Assistant and in-house creative team Optimise performance using real-time data and deep insight Grow influencer relationships and UGC to boost reach and reputation Own Klaviyo-driven email marketing- and leverage HubSpot where relevant for CRM and campaign integrations Elevate hobsalons.com hobhomecare.com and the HOB Salons Booking app with SEO content and smart UX Collaborate across teams on seasonal campaigns, paid media and brand partnerships WHAT YOU BRING 3+ years in digital marketing, social or content roles (beauty/lifestyle/fashion a bonus) Proven success with multi-channel strategies and measurable results Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills Fluency in performance tools: Meta Suite, TikTok, Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics- and bonus if you know your way around HubSpot Strong leadership, organisation and stakeholder management A WORD FROM THE CEO “At HOB we’ve always invested into craft and education.
