Sales Performance Manager
will play a pivotal role in developing sales capability and driving performance across the division. You will support, mentor and coach in-store Sales Teams, with a strong focus customer experience and compliance. This role combines hands-on operational support with divisional-level influence, championing best practice and delivering against key brand and commercial objectives. Responsibilities
Coach, mentor and develop Sales Teams, Transaction Managers and Sales Executives to improve capability, confidence and performance in Finance & Insurance. Work closely with the Divisional Head of Sales to improve divisional profitability through a balanced focus on volume, margin and operational discipline. Analyse sales performance and Sales CSI to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement, translating insight into clear action. Embed consistent, high-quality sales processes that meet Group, Manufacturer and Regulatory standards. Support General Sales Managers with sales-related challenges, providing guidance, coaching and operational insight. Champion customer satisfaction, best practice and continuous improvement across all sites. Strong automotive sales expertise, with a proven ability to develop and inspire Sales Teams both remotely and in-store. A confident coach and mentor who can influence without direct line management. An innovative, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. A commercially astute individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into action. A calm, credible and professional leader with excellent stakeholder management skills. A strong customer-first approach, aligned to Group Values and high standards of integrity.
