Role Overview and Responsibilities : We are an Events Experience team based in London that specializes in bringing exciting industry awards and events to life for some of the most recognizable brands. As a Graphic Designer you will assist in capturing the attention of our audiences through high‑quality design. This role involves collaborating with other designers across a global team as well as other departments within the company to produce materials for a variety of channels including digital and print.
You will also :
Work closely with our Events Experience team to create visually compelling materials for industry awards and congresses
Execute creative ideas and visuals across a wide range of media including social promotions digital signage onsite print assets
Ensure that all design work aligns with appropriate brand guidelines and visual standards
Manage 2-3 design projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
What We Look For :
A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design
Availability to communicate digitally during regular business hours over email Slack and Zoom
Ability to work on‑site at least one day a week
A strong portfolio showcasing event materials and social promotions
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Exceptional understanding of design fundamentals : composition typography color and unity
Required Technical Proficiency :
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite particularly Illustrator
Experience in Figma
Familiarity with Google Workspace
Computer fluency using macOS
A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
